Marketing Data

We process this on the grounds of legitimate interests – to enable you to partake in our promotions such as competitions, prize draws and free giveaways, to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you and measure or understand the effectiveness of this advertising, to study how customers use products/services, to develop them, to grow this business and to decide a marketing strategy.

Email Marketing Messages & Subscription

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the “Processing of your personal date” above. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.

Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time. Sensitive Data

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data, or any criminal convictions and offences.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law or under the terms of the contract between and you, and if you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.

We will only use your personal data for the purpose it was collected for or a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary.  We may have to process your personal data without your knowledge or consent where this is required or permitted by law.

How Collects Your Data?

We collect data about you when you fill in forms on this website or by sending us emails.  We may also automatically collect data from you using cookies and similar technologies.

We may also receive data from third parties such as search engines, analytics providers, advertising networks, technical providers, payment processors and delivery services, such as Google, Facebook, PayPal, Stripe, and others. Many of these are based outside the EU.

We will not share your data with a third party unless we are legally required to share certain data held by, which may include your personal data, for example, where we are involved in legal proceedings, where we are complying with legal obligations, a court order, or a governmental authority.
