Description of Services

Glow Consultancy London offers professional Coaching, Consultancy and Training services that is provided using any, or all of the following mediums; telephone, face to face, Skype, web chat, or email. Each Coaching appointment will be individually tailored to meet your expressed personal or professional goals and objectives. The Coaching process is designed to address the issues that you consider are hindering achievement of your personal or professional goals, or aspirations.

The Coaching process is designed for individuals and businesses who are basically well adjusted, are emotionally healthy and functioning effectively, but want to make changes in their personal and or professional lives or concentrate more effectively on a challenge or objective.

Coaching is most effective when both parties are candid, open and honest in their communication and the overall effectiveness of the process is also largely dependent on your willingness to possibly take risks or try new techniques and to take an active part in the process. As a Client, you will be expected to evaluate your own progress, and part of the process will be to feedback the positives and negatives of your experiences, so that effective progress can be made.

Nature of Relationship You understand and agree that the Coaching relationship is not counselling, psychotherapy, or any other type of therapy; nor is it a substitute for any of these services and is never to be used as a substitute for professional advice from other qualified professionals. You are responsible for seeking independent professional guidance on these matters and you acknowledge that decisions in these areas are exclusively your responsibility.

Mutual Nondisclosure

The Coach and you, as the client, mutually recognise that during the Coaching process, discussions including future plans, business affairs, career information, goals, aspirations,

etc. will take place. Your Coach will not voluntarily communicate any of this information to any third party and likewise, you agree not to disclose, or communicate information about the Coach’s practice, materials, or methods to any third party.

Confidentiality

During the Coaching process it may be necessary to obtain confidential personal and/or business information from you and your Coach agrees to keep and maintain such information confidential and not to disclose, or use such information without your prior written consent collected by the Coach, any hard copy material containing confidential personal and/or business details is kept in a fixed, locked cabinet and no personally identifiable information is recorded or annotated on these copies.

Exceptions: If the Coach’s records are subpoenaed, or other law enforcement agency requires disclosure.

Please also be aware that some means of communication, such as wireless telephones, email and digital platforms maybe not be secure from eavesdropping, so if you agree to their use you are indicating your agreement to utilise a communication medium that may not be confidential.

Liability Waiver

You acknowledge and accept that during the course of the Coaching process, the Coach may ask you questions that may at times, be personal, challenging, or disturbing. You further acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing during Coaching sessions, and you are also fully responsible for any actions, choices and decisions made as a result of the coaching. You agree to waive and release any claims arising, or resulting from the Coach’s questions, suggestions, or advice and from any actions, choices and decisions you make. This waiver does not apply to conduct, or actions outside the scope of the Coaching services.

You agree to not hold the Coach liable for any damages, real or perceived that you may experience based on your use of the information provided in the Coaching sessions.

The Coach assumes no responsibility for your actions.

Coaching Fees

The cost of Glow Consultancy London workshops and training programmes will be listed on the website within the content of each specific programme. At times typos may occur where a price may not represent the correct amount payable, in this case clients will be informed via email as soon as possible and have the option to either continue with the correct price or cancel the registration. The cost of Coaching and Consultancy sessions depend on client requirements therefore, fees are calculated according to individual client needs. and you agree to pay the fee in advance of each session. Any Coaching sessions will consist of two-way communication between you and the Coach, to decide on a course of action. The amount of time required for these sessions may vary but will always conclude within one hour with a plan of action for you to concentrate on between sessions.

Payment Procedure

The Coach is paid in advance of each coaching session through a digital payment method provided by the Glow Consultancy London. The first coaching appointment will be secured after the Client’s payment has been received. Services must be paid in advance to secure appointments and the coaching agreement signed, or they cannot be provided.

Bookings

On receipt of payment the Client will receive a confirmation email confirming the appointment details, coaching contract forms to be signed and returned asap and verification of payment.

Cancellations                                  

To re-arrange coaching and consultancy appointments including online workshops and programmes, at least 72 hours notice is required. If Clients fail to give 72 hours notice, the Client will be charged for that session in full. There is a 10 minutes grace period prior to the start of each appointment, if a client fails to attend after 10 minutes the charge for that session will be forfeited and the Client will be required to follow the booking procedure and pay for a new appointment. No time will be reimbursed. If an emergency or illness occurs where you are unable to give notice, your appointment will be rescheduled free of charge at the Coaches discretion. Workshops and Training in person do not follow the same premise, full payment is required.

Refunds

No refunds are offered in the event of technical issues with your service provider and it is your responsibility to notify your Coach in advance, if the details of your service provider change. You further accept responsibility to ensure the Coaching contact details are accessible to prevent any interruption in services. Legal Fees in the event of any dispute, litigation or arbitration between the parties, the non-prevailing party shall pay to the prevailing party therein all costs and expenses, expressly including, but not limited to, reasonable lawyer’s fees and costs incurred therein by such successful party.

Termination of Services

Although Coaching can be a comprehensive process, you may terminate our relationship at any point. However, your termination is not subject to any refund if advance payments have been made. Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If the Coach deems termination necessary, a refund will be made to you for all unused payments.
